Prestige One is currently working on two major projects worth AED 800 million: Vista, located in Dubai Sports City, and The Residences, situated in JVC. Both communities are designed to offer an opulent, comfortable living experience for residents, with full golf course views from every unit in the Vista project.

Supporting the Community through Non-Profit Work

Ajmal is also involved in philanthropic efforts through the Diana Saifi Foundation, a family-run non-profit organization named after his mother. The foundation focuses on providing essential materials, supporting orphans and widows, and building homes for those in need. This Ramadan, the foundation provided food essentials for 500,000 people, and it plans to construct 100,000 homes for orphans and widows in the future.

Advice for Young Entrepreneurs

As a successful business magnate, Ajmal shared his advice for young individuals entering the industry. He emphasized the importance of hard work, believing in oneself, and listening to one’s parents.

“I think for the young generation, I think what’s important is the fact that the harder you work, the luckier you are. The sky’s the limit. And I think, another very, very important thing, is the fact that you should always listen to your parents. You know, I’ve always — I’ve been blessed to have parents that have always believed in me.”

In addition, Ajmal also highlighted the significance of perseverance, stating that real estate may “get sick, but never dies.”
