Prestige One is owned by the Prestige Group. Ajmal Saifi is the Founder and CEO of the Prestige Group.
WHERE ARE YOUR DEVELOPMENTS LOCATED?
Our developments are located in communities throughout Dubai with the first development projects in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) and Victory Heights. You can find a list of our current developments and new launches on our communities page.
HOW DO I BUY A UNIT?

WHAT TYPE OF TITLE DEED WOULD I GET FROM PRESTIGE ONE?
On booking with Prestige One you will sign Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA). Once the property has been registered with the Dubai Land Department. (DLD) you will be issued with an Oqood and then finally a Title Deed once the project is handed over.
CAN I RENT OUT MY PROPERTY ONCE I’VE PURCHASED IT?
