Job Brief:

Prestige One Developments is looking for an experienced Sales Agents.

In this role, you will be the driving force of new product launches and work directly on the conversion of clients.

Responsibilities:

1. To sell and convert all meetings generated by sales team
2. To generate their own leads through prospecting and working with other brokers
3. To travel to roadshows when necessary
4. To show clients the site and do a full presentation of the sales office and project

Requirements:

1. Dubai based Property Developer Sales experience
2. Developer sales background with proven track record
3. Excellent communicator, highly organized and responsive
4. Strong negotiation and influencing skills
5. Problem solving and solution-oriented attitude
6. Track record of adhering to and exceeding KPI’s
7. Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of CRM’s
