Head of Developer Sales
Job Brief:
Prestige One Developments is looking for an experienced Head of Developer Sales.
In this role, you will be the driving force of the sales team and responsible for revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage entire sales team
- Ensure clients are sold and converted
- Manage direct and indirect channels
- Build relationships with brokers and create network
- Ensure sales team is always trained and up to date with market
- Organize international roadshows
- Hit monthly and yearly targets
- Help in recruiting and interviewing sales team candidates
- Work with internal functional areas to provide needs and feedback (i.e. marketing, operations, legal etc)
Requirements:
- Dubai based Property Developer experience
- Developer sales background with proven track record
- Excellent communicator, highly organized and responsive
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Problem solving and solution-oriented attitude
- Experience managing sales team and process
- Experience tracking relevant KPI’s
- Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of CRM’s
