Job Brief:

Prestige One Developments is looking for Client Relations professionals to create and nurture long term relationships with clients.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp client needs and create/apply solutions to fulfil them.

Your goal will be to safeguard revenue and retain our clients through exceptional service levels.

Responsibilities:

1. Build long term relationships with the clients for after sales satisfaction.
2. Ensure clients are property transitioned from Sales to SPA and KYC signing
3. Ensure clients pay their deposit and adhere to payment plan for on time and complete payments
4. Answer all after sales questions, concerns, and complaints
5. Assist the Sales Team to upsell or cross sell properties

Requirements:

1. Dubai based Property Developer experience
2. Customer Relations / Service background with proven track record
3. Excellent communicator, highly organized and responsive
4. Strong negotiation and influencing skills
5. Problem solving attitude
6. Experience tracking relevant KPI’s
7. Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of CRM’s
