PRESTIGE GROUP CEO

Ajmal is a visionary property developer and investor with over 15 years of experience in the Dubai and international markets. In the last decade and a half, he has expanded his investment portfolio to include multi-billion dirhams of investment in residential and hospitality properties.

Last year Ajmal was recognized by the Dubai Land Department as one of Dubai’s top investors and is proud to now build further on his achievement’s with Prestige One Developments. Ajmal’s’ expertise lies in structuring complex transactions, major mixed-use projects, and world-class developments. His vision and foresight in the industry has translated to many successful launches and projects.

Ajmal loves to travel and spend time with family. He also sits on the board of the Diana Saifi Foundation, a non-profitable organization.

Basma is Prestige One Developments, Senior Vice President, a dynamic and results-driven senior professional with a strong background in real estate management. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Basma has honed her skills in negotiations, marketing, and customer service, making her a sought-after leader in the field.

Starting her career as a real estate agent, Basma quickly rose through the ranks and has closed approximately AED 2 Billion worth of Sales across a 11-year career of marketing and selling finest luxury homes in Dubai and World Wide.

Basma joined Damac Properties as a Head of Sales, Binghatti Holding as Vice President of Sales, and CEO of two real estate brokerages leading full floors of Sales Agents and Directors. Basma is skilled at navigating complex negotiations, managing successful investor portfolios and has a keen eye for identifying opportunities of growth.

At Prestige One, Mark oversees a multi-layered team focusing on operational management, project execution, contracts, and strategy.

Hussein’s career in real estate sales has been honed through years of experience working with clients across a variety of property types, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties. He has a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market and develops strategic sales plans that capitalize on market trends and opportunities; while analyzing financial and market data for strategic decision-making.

Hussein has built a reputation for providing exceptional customer service and developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. A graduate of the University of Westminster in London, she is highly skilled in everything from negotiation to business strategy. With a keen sense for sales and an innate ability to manage operations seamlessly, Mishkat consistently fosters and strengthens pivotal customer relationships.

CFO

James is Prestige One Developments’ CFO, with over two decades of experience in Real Estate Investments, Developments, Construction, Home Owners Association, and Property Management. He is a seasoned finance professional and responsible for the financial leadership of the business, covering finance, corporate finance, tax, insurance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and information technology. He has worked mainly in UAE, Oman, KSA, Bahrain and Spain for major firms such as Shuaa Capital, Dubai Investments, Samana Developers etc. and held several senior roles in these sectors prior to joining Prestige Group.

Grethel oversees day to day operations and coordination of the teams and is the backbone keeping projects, people and partners running in sync efficiently and effectively.
